1. Agreement to Terms
These terms govern your use of Daily Weather & Rain Rada and this website. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must have the legal capacity or any required permission to use the service.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the app for lawful, personal weather information and planning. Any permission to use the software is limited, non-exclusive and subject to these terms and the rules of the app store through which you obtained it.
3. User Responsibilities
Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security measures, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access. Reverse engineering and similar activities are restricted only to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for your device, connectivity and any associated charges.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
If the app offers paid features or subscriptions, the price, billing period, renewal terms and any trial conditions must be shown at the point of purchase. This agreement does not assert that a subscription is currently available or establish any price or free trial. Store payment, cancellation and refund rules apply alongside applicable consumer law. Review the purchase screen before confirming a payment.
5. Intellectual Property
The app, branding, interface and original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of the service does not transfer ownership. Third-party weather information, maps, software and other materials remain subject to their respective rights and licence terms.
6. Third-Party Services
The service may display advertisements or use third-party weather, mapping, analytics and distribution services. External sites and services have their own terms and privacy policies. Their inclusion does not amount to an endorsement. Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
Features and weather coverage may vary by location, data availability, device, app version and service-provider availability. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, faults or changes in third-party services. Features may be updated or discontinued subject to applicable law and any rights attached to paid services.
8. Disclaimer
Weather forecasts, radar and air quality information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The app is a general information tool and is not an emergency warning service. Consult official local authorities for severe weather, emergencies and safety-critical decisions. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or forecast accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension or Termination
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a breach of these terms, security threats or a legal requirement. You may stop using the app at any time. Termination does not remove accrued rights or override any applicable purchase, refund or consumer protections.
10. Changes to the Agreement
These terms may be revised when the app or legal requirements change. The revision date appears on this page. Notice and any required acceptance of material changes will be provided as required by applicable law. If revised terms are unacceptable, you may stop using the service.
